Chicago Daily Law Bulletin Wins Division at Illinois Press Association’s Advertising Competition
BLOOMINGTON-NORMAL – For the third consecutive year, the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin won its division at the Illinois Newspaper Association’s annual convention. Forty-six newspapers submitted more than 500 contest entries in the competition that were judged by the Nebraska Press Association.
Members of the Nebraska Press Association judged the contest. The Illinois Press Association, located in Springfield, represents the interests of approximately 450 newspapers.
“Congratulations to our advertising, design and marketing team for a job well done again this year. They are creative, talented and have done top-notch work this year to make our products, publications and events really shine,” said Ginger Lamb, vice president and publisher of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. “I’m really proud of them and excited they captured this trophy again this year.”

- Third place, service/institutional ad – Signature Bank
- Honorable mention, religious/nonprofit ad – Catholic Lawyers Guild of Chicago Red Mass
- First place, miscellaneous ad – TASA
- First place, political ad – Justice Hyman election campaign
- Second place, best full color ad – Beerman
- Honorable mention, best newspaper promotion – Lawyerport/CDLB subscription ads
- First place, event/entertainment ad – CBA For Lying Out Loud
- First Place, Best niche publication – 40 Under Forty
- Third Place, Best niche publication – Law Day issue
- Second place, best marketing campaign – Women in Law
- First place – Best event organized by a newspaper – Women in Law
- Second place, Best event organized by a newspaper – 40 Under Forty
