Settlements by Category

The monthly Settlement Reporter features brief summaries of negotiated settlements that were reported from across Illinois. Cases are grouped by category (e.g., Auto PI, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, etc.), and are accompanied by average settlement values and running case counts. The settlement summaries routinely include the case number, venue, plaintiff attorneys, amount of the settlement, defendant/insurer who paid the settlement and a short statement of the plaintiff’s claims.
