Appellate Review of Damages links Illinois civil trial outcomes with timely appellate analysis, highlighting cases where damages are reduced or affirmed by the reviewing court. Each quarterly issue contains concise digests of recent Illinois Supreme Court and Appellate decisions (including unpublished Rule 23 matters), as well as 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals opinions that address damages. Each case digest begins with a brief headnote of the opinion, indicating the subject matter of the case on appeal.
