Locating and Evaluating Expert Witnesses

The Researching Expert Witnesses Workshop will provide attendees with the tools to find expert witnesses and investigate their reported case history. Through analyzing facts such as injuries, harms, and categories of a case and finding comparable cases, attendees will learn: How to ascertain which fields of expertise and specific experts to utilize in their case. How to review a known expert’s reported case history to review their rate of success and determine any potential biases. How to find and challenge expert witnesses to better position your case for a jury, and ultimately improve the likelihood of success for your client.
