The JuraLaw division has an opening for a Sales Manager to build, maintain and grow a high performance sales organization to effectively achieve JuraLaw new sales objectives. The JuraLaw product is a national case, calendar and docket management solution.
The Sales Manager ensures profitable growth in sales revenues through proactive planning, training, deployment and management of new sales personnel. The Sales Manager develops strategies, goals and action plans to improve short and long term sales.
The position requires a college degree (an undergraduate degree in business or marketing is preferred) and 5 years’ experience managing a direct sales force. Candidates must also have experience in leading, developing and coaching sales executives as well as experience in all aspects of planning, implementing and achieving a sales plan.
