The Law Bulletin Media business office is seeking an Collections Clerk with a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Collections Clerk will be responsible for initiating calls with delinquent customers by phone or mail to collect payments and settle accounts. The Collections Clerk will also be responsible for collection of outstanding accounts receivables, researching short payments and over payments, keeping records of collection and status of accounts, preparing paperwork for approval of refunds and other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- Some college is preferred
- 2-5 years of general work experience
- Basic PC skills including Word and Excel software
